2018 Recap
I completed 36 projects, according to Ravelry, including:
- 5 shawls
- 6 pairs of mittens and 2 pairs of mitts
- 9 pairs of socks
- 3 sweaters
- 5 hats
- 1 cowl
- 1 pumpkin
- 1 mug cozy
- 1 cup
- 1 cat
- 1 hammer
- 13 preemie hats for charity, not included in Ravelry total because I never bothered to make pages for them
I knit 14 things as designs but wear a few of them myself and gave one as a gift. I knit myself 2 sweaters, a shawl, and a pair of mitts. I gave away 16 things as gifts. One thing is still in limbo - for me? For someone else? And HOW DID I NOT KNIT MYSELF ANY SOCKS?
I published 15 new patterns:
- Hon Cowl
- Tolstoy Collection (Anna Karenina, War and Peace, The Three Questions)
- Jordan Street Socks
- Against the Grain Socks - free pattern for newsletter subscribers
- Heximaze
- Point/Counterpoint, Vol. 4 (Parallelograys hat and Be Relentless mitts)
- The Safari Mittens Collection (Kifaru Mittens, Pumba Mittens, Tembo Mittens, Twiga Mittens)
- Haggle shawl
- Megaliths Hat
#makenine2018 was very successful - 8/9 things completed, with the 9th being to work on my fleece that I'm spinning for a sweater (washing and lots of hand-carding done, some singles spun)
