New Pattern Released: Skein Watch Socks!

I'm thrilled to announce the release of my latest pattern, the Skein Watch Socks, a collaboration between Kino Knits and One Twisted Tree yarn! Skein Watch Socks, shown in One Twisted Tree BFL Prime in the One Twisted Summer color and Knit Picks Stroll in blackDesigned especially for One Twisted Tree twist series yarn and black yarn (fans of the Prairie Girls Knit and Spin podcast will understand the "Skein Watch" reference), these stranded colorwork socks are knit from the top down and have an afterthought heel. While any two contrasting sock yarns will work for this pattern, if you order One Twisted Tree yarn for the project, you'll get a discount code for $1 off the pattern. Otherwise, they are just $3 through a Ravelry download. Please note that stranded colorwork does NOT stretch, so you'll want to pick a size with close to 0 ease to ensure the sock will fit over your heel. For example, these photos show the XL size with 0.3" negative ease. Fortunately, the pattern comes in five different sizes, so you'll be sure to find one that works for you.DSC_0016If you have any questions or want to show off your progress on these socks, please consider posting in the Kino Knits Ravelry group - we'd love to see your work!
